Mirpur, June 17 (IBNS): In a rain-hit game, young Indian bowlers, specially Stuart Binny, bowled exceptionally well to help the visitors beat Bangladesh by 47 runs via D/L method here on Tuesday to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.

Defending a low total of 105, Indians bowled out the hosts at 58 in 17.4 overs.

In the 41 overs match, Indian batsmen faced tremendous trouble as they fell like a pack of cards in front of the opponent bowlers who were exploiting the conditions well.

Taskin Ahmed, who made his debut in the match, was the pick of the Bangladesh bowlers as he picked up five wickets by giving away 28 runs.

Mashrafe Mortaza picked up two wickets for the hosts.

Robin Uthappa (14), Ajinkya Rahane (0), Ambati Rayudu (1), Wriddhiman Saha (5) and talented Cheteshwar Pujara consumed 34 balls in his 11 runs knock as the Indian batsmen failed miserably with their willows.

Suresh Raina top scored with his 27.

The performance of the young Indian batsmen looked dismal in tough conditions.

Indian bowlers, however, bounced the side into the match as they demolished the opponents batting line up and bowled them out for 58.

Improving on former Indian spinner and skipper Anil Kumble's 6 for 12 against the West Indies in the Hero Cup in 1993, Binny six wickets by giving away only four runs.

His magical spell displayed his talent and justified the reason behind his selection over Parvez Rasool.

He got good support from pacer Mohit Sharma who finished with figures of four for 22.

Mithun Ali (26) and Mushfiqur Rahim (11) were the only two batsmen from Bangladesh to cross the double figure mark.

India will play the last ODI of the series on Thursday.
