French Open: Sania, Cara moves to 2nd round

Paris, May 29 (IBNS): Indian Tennis icon Sania Mirza and her doubles partner from Zimbabwe Cara Black defeated Slovak-Israeli pair Daniela Hantuchova and Shahar Peer to move to the second round of the French Open here on Thursday.

Mirza and partner defeated  their opponents 6-3, 6-3.

In the second round, they will face Canadian-Polish pairing of Gabriela Dabrowski and Alicja Rosolska.
