CWG: Indian Hockey team's camp starts tomorrow

New Delhi, June 24 (IBNS): The Hockey India on Tuesday said the preparatory camp of the senior men core probables for the Commonwealth Games 2014 will start in New Delhi's Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium from Wednesday.

"The camp will continue till the departure of the team on 12th July 2014 for Glasgow to participate in the XX Commonwealth Games 2014," Hockey India website said.

"India will take on Wales in their first match of the XX Commonwealth Games 2014 on 25th July 2014 followed by a head-on with Scotland on 26th July 2014, Australia on 29th July 2014 and South Africa on 31st July 2014," it said.

The 33 senior men core probables will be part of the preparatory camp commencing from Wednesday.

The games will be held this year at Glasgow city in Scotland from July 23 to Aug 3.
