Bengal Pro T20 Women’s: Smashers Malda beat Medinipur Wizards

Kolkata/IBNS: Sobisco Smashers Malda (SSM) beat Rashmi Medinipur Wizards (RMW) in Sobisco Bengal Pro T20 League's Women's game in Kolkata on Thursday.

Winning the toss, Rashmi Medinipur Wizards elected to bat and could muster only 111 runs for the loss of 7 wickets with Ankita Burman scoring 36 runs and Kashish Agarwal stitching 27 runs.

The pick of the bowlers for SSM was Shreya Karar picking up 3 wickets and Piyali Ghosh picking up 1 wicket.

Replying to the small total, Piyali Ghosh scored 40 runs in 39 balls and Priyanka Goldar 20 runs.

Piyali Ghosh was declared Player of the match for her allround display.
