Batter Sudeep Chatterjee makes comeback to Bengal cricket

Former Bengal left-handed batter Sudeep Chatterjee made a comeback to Bengal cricket and was signed for Rashmi Medinipur Wizards for the forthcoming Bengal Pro t20 League beginning 11th June 2024.

He quit Bengal and shifted to Tripura in 2022 and after a hiatus of 2 years is back and his comeback to Bengal will be marked with the debut season of Bengal Pro t20 League.

Sudeep was a backbone for Bengal’s batting line for nearly a decade and his signing up for the Rashmi Medinipur Wizards is great news both for the franchise as well as Bengal cricket.

The eight franchises Harbour Diamonds, Lux Shyam Kolkata Royal, Adamas Howrah Warriors, Sobisco SmashersMalda, Servotec Siliguri Strikers, Rarh Tigers Rashmi Medinipur Wizards & Murshidabad Kings fight it out for the coveted trophy.

Viacom18 as the official broadcasters shall telecast the men's matches live on JioCinema and Sports18 network.
