Bangladesh paper publishes spoof 'cutter' advertisement, mocks Indian team

Dhaka, June 30 (IBNS): Adding flames to the cricketing rivalry, a Bangladesh paper has published a spoof 'cutter' advertisement where several Indian cricketers, including skippers MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli, are seen standing with half-shaven heads.

The advertisement features seven Indian cricketers- Dhoni, Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhwan, Ajinkya Rahane and spinner R Ashwin.

It also shows  Bangladeshi pacer Mustafizur Rahman with a  cutter.

The 'cutter' here smbolises the 'off-cutters' which the pacer used against Indian batsmen in the recently finished three-match ODI series.

The Indian cricketers are seen holding a banner which reads- "We have used it. You also use it."

Bangladesh defeated India 2-1 in the recently held ODI series on their home soil.

This was the first time Bangladesh won a series against India.
