Australian Open: Sania-Martina reach final

Melbourne, Jan 27 (IBNS): Continuing their strong run in the ongoing Australian Open, India's Sania Mirza and her doubles partner Martina Hingis cruised to the final of the women's doubles event here on Wednesday.

The Indo-Swiss pair defeated Julia Goerges and Karolina Pliskova  in the semi-finals.

Sania and Martina thrashed their opponents by 6-1, 6-0 margin.

The Indo-Swiss pair extended their winning streak following their victory on Wednesday.
