Arunachal: TRIHMS launches drone flight to East Kameng

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu recently witnessed the first drone flight at Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Science ( TRIHMS ) which connected the hospital under the Medicine From Sky program with East Kameng district.

Khandu tweeted: "Another milestone achieved in healthcare!Glad to have witnessed the first drone flight at TRIHMS."

" The addition of TRIHMS to 'Medicine From The Sky' network in East Kameng will add value to healthcare and ensure hassle-free delivery of medicines in remote areas," he said.

"Launching pad for drones to deliver emergency drugs and healthcare equipment on the terrace top has also been started today," the CM said.
