Asian Games: India win gold in bridge

Jakarta, Sept 1 (IBNS): making the country proud, India grabbed the gold medal in the men's bridge pair competition at the 2018 Asian Games here on Saturday.

The Indian gold-medal winning pair included Pranab Bardhan and Shibhnath Sarkar.

They scored  384.00 points to finish in the first position in the match.

China's Gang Chen and Lixin Yang grabbed the silver medal.

The bronze medal was won by Henky Lasut and Freddy Eddy Manoppo of Indonesia.
