Ronaldo renames history, becomes Europe's all-time leading scorer
Moscow, June 20 (IBNS): As he hit an early goal during Portugal's match against Morocco on Wednesday, Christiano Ronaldo went down to the book uin history as he became the highest ever scorer in international football in Europe.
It was by the Portuguese footballer's fourth-minute header at Luzhniki Stadium that he created history for the nation.
It was his 85th goal for his country.
He also shattered the record of Hungary great Ferenc Puskas.
The Hungarian star had scored 84 goals between 1945 and 1956.
