World XI holds training session in Dubai

Dubai, Sept 10 (IBNS): The World XI held an optional training session at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai Sports City on Sunday.

The World XI will arrive in Lahore in the wee hours of Monday, 11 September, to play three Twenty20 Internationals for the Independence Cup against Pakistan.

The following is Pakistan’s and the World XI’s schedule of training sessions, matches and media conferences in Lahore:

Tuesday, 12 September – The World XI and Pakistan will go head to head in the first T20I.

Wednesday, 13 September - The World XI will take on Pakistan in the second T20I.

Friday, 15 September - The third and final T20I of the series between the World XI and Pakistan will start at 19h00.

Saturday, 16 September – The World XI will depart for Dubai.
