SL cricket selection committee resigns after poor show against India
Colombo, Aug 29 (IBNS): Sri Lanka's Chief Selector of the national cricket Sanath Jayasuriya along with his committee has resigned from their position, media reports said on Tuesday.
The Committee members have submitted their resignation to country's Sports Minister Dayasiri Jayasekara.
"The committee handed over the letter to the Minister today.," Daily Mirror of Sri Lanka reported.
The move has been made after Sri Lanka was defeated by India in Test series and now in the ODI series as well.
India has taken a winning lead of 3-0 in the five match ODI series.
