PM Modi congratulates Indian Paralympians post medal win

Rio de Janeiro, Sept 10 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday congratulated Mariyappan Thangavelu and Varun Singh Bhati post their Gold and Bronze medal win at the ongoing Paralympics.

Thangavelu and Bhati won their respective medals in Men's High jump event.

"India is elated! Congratulations to Mariyappan Thangavelu on winning a gold & Varun Singh Bhati for the bronze at the #Paralympics. #Rio2016," Prime Minister Modi tweeted.
