Bhubaneswar, Dec 7 (IBNS): India suffered yet another defeat as the hosts lost their Men’s Champions Trophy match to Argentina 4-2 here on Sunday.

After goal-less 29 minutes, India took the initial lead in the match with Akashdeep Singh netting one in the 30th minute of the game.

Soon it was Lucas Villa who scored the equaliser and the initial lead that India had taken lasted for a shot moment.

Indian again went ahead and took 2-1 lead with Gurjinder Singh scored the third goal of the match.

It was then Argentina's time to take control of the game and Juan Lopez , Gustin Mazzilli and Joaquin Menini scored for the visitors to beat the home side.

India will next face Netherlands.

In the other matches of the day, England thrashed Pakistan 8-2, Netherlands beat Germany 4-1 and Australia and Belgium settled for a 4-4 draw.
