Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Bengal Files’ finally hits OTT — Here’s when you can watch

Vivek Agnihotri's The Bengal Files, the movie that faced challenges over theatrical release in West Bengal, will be released on an OTT platform this month.

Zee5 will stream the movie that centres around the events of Direct Action Day and the Noakhali riots from November 21.

Making the announcement, the streaming platform wrote on X: "The story that demands attention. Get ready to witness the boldest chapter of Bengal. ."

"#TheBengalFiles premiering on 21st November, on #ZEE5," the platform further said.

The film hit the theatres on September 5.

The film stars Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, Darshan Kumar, Anupam Kher and Simrat Kaur.

The Bengal Files is the third and final installment in Agnihotri's The Files Trilogy based on modern Indian history, following The Tashkent Files (2019) and The Kashmir Files (2022).
