Kolkata/IBNS: The trailer of filmmaker Debaloy Bhattacharya's new series, Boka Bakshote Bondi, was unveiled by the makers on Thursday.

Hoichoi has dropped the trailer on its social media platform.

The series features Solanki Roy, Neel Bhattacharya, and Shoumo Banerjee as the lead cast.

"We are thrilled with the positive response to the announcement video of Boka Bakshote Bondi. The enthusiasm from our audience motivates us to push creative boundaries and offer something truly unique," said Director Debaloy Bhattacharya.

"The trailer's reception has been incredibly encouraging, and we can't wait for everyone to experience the full series."

The trailer teases the audience with glimpses of the main protagonist, played by Solanki Roy, whose life resides inside television boxes, raising the question: what if reel life becomes real life?

"The anticipation surrounding Boka Bakshote Bondi is palpable. This series is unlike anything I've worked on before, and I believe it will resonate deeply with viewers.

"I'm excited for everyone to see the story unfold and experience the blend of reality and fiction," expressed Solanki Roy.

It follows the story of a woman in her late twenties who is eager to leave her acting career behind and escape the constraints of the limelight.

However, her eagerly awaited last day on set turns into a harrowing ordeal as her scripted world begins to bleed into her real life.

The series will start streaming on Hoichoi from June 21.
