To the greatest off-screen hero I could have ever had: Deepika wishes her dad Prakash on birthday

Mumbai/IBNS: Actor Deepika Padukone wished her father Prakash Padukone, one of the iconic badminton players of the country, on his 65th birthday by posting a throwback image on Wednesday.

In the image, daddy Prakash could be seen fondly hugging small Deepika as they pose in front of the camera.

Deepika captioned the image: "To the greatest off-screen hero I could have ever had!"

"Thank You for showing us that being a true champion is not only about one’s professional achievements, but also about being a good human being!" she said.

"Happy 65th Birthday, Pappa!" the actor daughter said.

" We love you!❤️ #pappa #padukone," she said.
