The Devil Wears Prada 2, one of the most anticipated films of 2026, is set to hit the big screen soon, and the makers have officially opened advance bookings for the much-awaited sequel.

Sharing details about ticket bookings for the follow-up to the iconic 2006 film, the official Instagram page of 20th Century Studios posted: “The moment is here. Get tickets now! Book your tickets now: link in bio.”

The film, which promises to bring back the glamour, fashion, and drama of the original release, is scheduled to arrive in theatres on May 1.

According to media reports, select paid preview shows are also planned in India on the evening of April 30.

Directed by David Frankel, the sequel features Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci reprising their iconic roles, while Justin Theroux and Kenneth Branagh join the cast as new additions.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 premiered in New York City on April 20, 2026.

Recently, the cast reunited in London to celebrate the release of the sequel, adding to the excitement surrounding the film.

Like the original, the sequel follows the colourful and complex lives of its central characters as they navigate the glamorous world of fashion journalism amid a rapidly changing media landscape.

Speaking to the BBC on the red carpet, Hathaway said it was “so much fun” to return to the franchise after having “that initial instinct 20 years ago” to sign on to the original project.
