In a picture shared on her Twitter page, Reid, showcasing her look from the movie, is seen with a large bruise across her forehead.
"On my new movie #Worthless #antibullying," Reid tweeted with the picture.
She had earlier tweeted: "I'm so excited being back in New Jersey where I was born and raised. I'm shooting my new movie Worthless it's an anti bullying movie."
