Lal Salaam: Rajinikanth, Dhanush send best wishes to Aishwarya Rajinikanth as film releases

Chennai/IBNS: Filmmaker Aishwarya Rajinikanth's Lal Salaam, which features Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in the lead and Rajinikanth in an extended cameo, hit the big screens on Friday.

On the day of release, Rajinikanth took to X to wish his daughter with an unseen picture.

Rajinikanth wished Aishwarya's film turns out to be a "huge success".

Aishwarya was also wished by her former husband Dhanush, who is also a Tamil superstar.

He wrote on X, "Lal salaam trailer https://youtu.be/-lpb8tNFvYA?si=_-hgmDYeHekIbubN… Best wishes to the team. God bless."

Lal Salaam, a sports drama, was announced in November 2022.

The principal photography began in March 2023 and it was wrapped in August the same year.

The music of the film was composed by AR Rahman.
