The duo had dated in 2016.
Speculations of their union became strong in recent times when they were reportedly spotted together.
Bieber's father, Jeremy Bieber, teased fans with a special message that triggered more speculations.
He posted on Instagram: "@justinbieber Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!."
The couple has not commented on the relationship so far.
