Available on Hoichoi, this historic release will offer the global Bengali diaspora a unique opportunity to engage with Mahalaya in a way that has never been done before.

Mohishashur Mordini explores the mythological journey of Adhya Shakti Maa Mahamaya, the supreme embodiment of the divine feminine, who emerges to restore balance and defeat ancient evils. From her various incarnations—such as Vindhyavasini, Durga, and Mahishasuramardini— she vanquishes powerful foes like Ghorasura and Mahishasura.

The series also delves into significant mythological events, including Sati’s self-immolation and Shiva’s wrath, blending these tales into a powerful narrative.

This series celebrates women’s strength and resilience, positioning the divine feminine as the source of creation and transformation.

Beyond a simple retelling of mythology, Mohishashur Mordini serves as a tribute to the philosophy that without Shakti, life ceases to exist.

The series aims to inspire modern audiences with its message of feminine power and spirituality, making it a must-watch for mythology lovers and cultural enthusiasts alike.
