Hyderabad/IBNS: The makers of the highly anticipated Telugu fantasy action drama Akhanda 2 have released the film’s teaser, showcasing Nandamuri Balakrishna reprising his dual role as Akhanda and Murali Krishna from the 2021 original.

Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, the film also features Samyuktha Menon, Aadhi Pinisetty and Harshaali Malhotra in pivotal roles.

Sharing the teaser on X, the makers wrote: "He doesn't fight evil, he DESTROYS it. THE DIVINE FURY – #Akhanda2 MASSIVE THAANDAVAM TEASER out now."

The story continues in the vein of the original Akhanda, blending mythological and spiritual themes with high-octane fantasy action. The lead character, described as an “Aghora,” wields divine powers to battle evil forces.

With music by Thaman S. and stylised cinematography, the teaser hints at a larger-than-life cinematic experience that matches the epic tone of the narrative.

Akhanda 2 is slated for a December 5 theatrical release and will be screened globally as a pan-India film in multiple languages.
