Aamir Khan recommends his dietitian to his Dangal daughters
Mumbai, June 4 (IBNS): Actor Aamir Khan will be playing a wrestler in his next film Dangal, for which he has acquired the physique of a wrestler.
He has worked hard to acquire the physique, working out and following a special diet.
Aamir has always changed his look for his films; be it a lean look or a muscular and chiseled physique. And now for Dangal, Aamir has put on a lot of weight, weighing about 95 kgs.
To mould himself in this way he has been following a special diet plan since January. It has been prepared by his personal dietitian who works out of the USA.
Now Aamir has asked his dietitian to help his co actors also get into shape.

Aamir is so happy with his dietitian that he has asked the makers of Dangal to get his dietitian on board look after the diet of the other actors as well.
As Aamir’s daughters in the film will be playing wrestlers, they too need to work on their physique so their diets will have to be taken care of.
So now the dietitian will work with the actors who play Aamir’s daughters in Dangal.
The dietitian will soon be meeting the girls and will make individual diet plans for them.
