Malayalam TV actor Dr. Priya, who was eight months pregnant, dies after suffering cardiac arrest

Malayalam TV actor Dr. Priya, who was eight months pregnant, died after suffering from cardiac arrest on Wednesday (November 1, 2023).

She was 35.

She reportedly died at a private medical facility.

Her newborn baby is currently in the intensive care unit, reported NDTV.

Actor Kishor Satya shared the news of her death on Instagram where he wrote: "Yet another unexpected death that is shocking in the Malayalam television sector. Dr Priya died yesterday due to cardiac arrest. She was 8 months pregnant. The baby is in the ICU.There were no other health problems."

The actress was well known for her performance in 'Karuthamuthu'.
