Makers release first look of Bengali film Byomkesh Gowtro

Kolkata, Aug 15 (IBNS): The first look of Bengali film Byomkesh Gowtro has been released by the makers of the movie.

The film stars actor Abir Chatterjee in the lead role.

Actors Anjan Dutt, Sohini Sarkar, Rahul Banerjee, Priyanka Sarkar, Arjun Chakrabarty and Sourosheni Maitra will also feature in the film.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted the first look saying, "Abir Chatterjee, Anjan Dutt, Sohini Sarkar, Rahul Banerjee, Priyanka Sarkar, Arjun Chakrabarty and Sourosheni Maitra... First look poster of Bengali film #ByomkeshGowtro... Directed by Arindam Sil... 12 Oct 2018 release."

Arindam Sil directorial film will release on Oct 12.

Byomkesh Bakshi, the character which will be played by Abir in the film, is a Bengali fictional detective character created by writer Sharadindu Bandhopadhay.
