Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 releases, X users give mixed response

Chennai/IBNS: Veteran actor Kamal Haasan starrer Indian 2, which is directed by S Shankar, hit the theatre houses on Friday.

The film, which is a sequel to 1996 film Indian, saw Haasan reprising his role as Senapathy, an aging freedom fighter-turned-vigilante battling corruption.

Apart from Haasan, the film features Siddharth, S.J. Suryah, Rakul Preet Singh, Bobby Simha et al.

Some of the early movie goers on Friday recommended the film to the young generation as it talks about corruption and fight against it.
