Jamie Lynn Spears gives birth to second child

Los Angeles, Apr 13 (IBNS): Singer Britney Spears' sister and actress-singer Jamie Lynn Spears has welcomed her second child.

Jamie shared an image of her daughter on Instagram.

She said the baby has been named Ivey Joan Watson.

"Baby Ivey Joan Watson is here ❤️ full article from @people at the link in my bio," she captioned the image on Instagram.

This is her first child with husband Jamie Watson.

The actress and singer welcomed her second child (and first with husband Jamie Watson), daughter Ivey Joan Watson, on Wednesday, April 11, at 10:02 a.m., her rep confirmed to PEOPLE magazine.

“We are beyond excited to welcome this beautiful baby girl to our family!” Spears tells PEOPLE, adding of Ivey’s name, “Her middle name, Joan, is to honor my Aunt Sandra, who passed away 10 years ago from ovarian cancer. She was the most graceful woman I’ve ever known.”

She is already a mother of 9-year-old daughter Maddie Briann.

Jamie is known for her role as Zoey Brooks on the Nickelodeon teen sitcom Zoey 101.

Jamie and Watson married in 2014.
