Ranbir Kapoor to join Twitter for Sanju on Father's Day

Mumbai, Jun 16 (IBNS): Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor will be joining micro-blogging site Twitter on Sunday for his upcoming Hindi film Sanju.

Ranbir will be joining Twitter on the occasion of Father's Day, which will be celebrated on Sunday.

The actor left a video message which was shared by Fox Star Hindi on Twitter on Saturday.

In the video, the actor said: "Hey guys, first of all thank you for all the love you have given for our film Sanju. It makes Raju sir (Rajkumar Hirani, director, producer), Vidhu sir (Vidhu Vinod Chopra, producer), the entire team and myself really happy. So we feel its our time to now payback the love so for the first time ever....I am going to be taking over the Twitter handle of Fox Star Hindis.."

"..this is not the big surprise, the big surprise will be revealed tomorrow at 12 pm and apart from showing you something really special from our film Sanju, we also be celebrating Father's Day together so looking forward and see you guys tomorrow."

Sanju is a biopic on Hindi film actor Sanjay Dutt.

Ranbir has essayed the role of Sanjay onscreen.

Apart from Ranbir, the film stars Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and others in distinct roles.

Rajkumar Hirani directorial film is slated to release on Jun 29.
