AR Rahman shortlisted for World Soundtrack Awards

Mumbai, July 7 (IBNS): Iconic Indian music composer AR Rahman has been shortlisted for the World Soundtrack Awards.

He has been shortlisted in the award for his composition of music for the film "Viceroy's House".

"Delighted to be shortlisted for the World Soundtrack Awards Public Choice Award for Viceroy's House," he tweeted.

Viceroy's House is British-Indian historical drama film directed by Gurinder Chadha.

The film is written by Paul Mayeda Berges, Moira Buffini, and Chadha.

The film stars Hugh Bonneville, Gillian Anderson, Manish Dayal, Huma Qureshi, and Michael Gambon.
