Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood veteran Sunny Deol is basking in the glory of 'Gadar 2', which has recreated magic onscreen leading to meaty numbers in the domestic box office.

In a recent interview, Sunny Deol has expressed his wish to work with another superstar Alia Bhatt, who days ago bagged the National Award for her performance in the 2022 Hindi film 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'.

Speaking to Zoom, Sunny Deol, who was asked about an actress with whom he would like to work, said, "I like Alia Bhatt a lot. It will be interesting to do a film with her."

"I'm not saying as hero-heroine or opposite (each other), I'm talking it could be anything like a daughter-father," he added.

Alia, who has been working in the Hindi film industry for over 11 years, registered yet another successful film in 2023, courtesy filmmaker Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani'.

In the film, Alia teamed up with 'Gully Boy' actor Ranveer Singh, dazzling as an onscreen couple.

The leading Bollywood actress has also made her Hollywood debut with 'Heart of Stone', which released on August 11, starring alongside Gal Godot.
