New Delhi/UNI: Bollywood’s ‘Bhaijaan’ Salman Khan spent some quality time with sailors aboard the stealth guided-missile destroyer of the Indian Navy ‘INS Visakhapatnam’.

From hearing about their lives, training, time away from loved ones, seeing the state of the art vessel, cooking on the ship to doing push up challenges, signing autographs and hoisting the Indian flag, it was a day full of patriotism, laughter and fun for Salman.

A series of photos of the 'Dabangg' actor engaged in the activities was widely shared on social media.

The Tiger was left in awe by the patriotism and courage displayed by the armed forces.

INS Visakhapatnam was commissioned on November 21, 2021, and is one of the largest destroyers in service with the Indian Navy.

It has medium and short-range guns, anti-submarine rockets, and advanced electronic warfare and communication suits.

The navy ship can accommodate a crew of 312, has an endurance of 4,000 nautical miles and can carry out a typical 42 days mission with extended mission time in out of area operation.

Salman will be next seen in ‘Tiger 3’, ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’, and a cameo in ‘Pathaan’.
