Sona Mahapatra backs Ira Khan who was trolled for wearing bikini around father Aamir Khan in birthday celebrations

Ira Monday shared a post on Instagram where she is seen celebrating her birthday beside a pool.

While Ira was wearing a bikini while cutting the birthday cake, most of the other members including Aamir were around in pool attires.

Slamming the trolls, Mahapatra, who had also attended the birthday party, wrote on Instagram, "All the people outraging about Ira Khan’s choice of attire or linking it to what Aamir Khan said, did or didn’t in the past please note; she is 25. A free, thinking, adult woman.

On the work front, Ira made her directorial debut in 2019 with a Euripides' Medea which starred her brother Junaid Khan and actor Hazel Keech.
