Miss India title win: Priyanka Chopra shares footage on Instagram to celebrate 20 years in entertainment industry

Mumbai: Indian actress Priyanka Chopra is celebrating her 20 years in the entertainment industry this year and on Friday she posted a video of her getting crowned after winning the Miss India pageant in 2000.

Priyanka also went ahead and won the Miss World crown, making her nation proud.

She remembered the moment by saying: "This is where it all began... If you’ve never seen these before, you are in for quite a treat."

The year 2000 was special as two other Bollywood actress Lara Dutta and Dia Mirza also won the  Miss Universe and Miss Asia Pacific titles respectively.

Priyanka started her Bollywood journey with the movie The Hero: Love Story Of A Spy later.

She gained international fame with her appearance in American TV series Quantico.

She was also seen in the movie Baywatch.
