Mumbai/IBNS: All Bollywood celebrities like every other person are locked down or in quarantine at their homes amid the Covid-19 threat but fitness goal is something which they can't easily get rid of.

So being in quarantine, indoor workouts are the only options for the B-Town celebrities.

Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone took to Instagram to share a post in gym attires to reveal how she was continuing with the habit of "exercise".

"Productivity in the time of COVID-19!" she said in an Instagram post.

Sara Ali Khan posted a video saying, " Don’t pray for lighter burdens 🧳 Work for a #stronger back 🏋️‍♂️🦾 Wake up #determined , sleep #satisfied 👊🏻✌🏻🌝🌚 Don’t allow yourself to crack 🙌🏻 And if you stop or fail or fall 🛑✋ Just get right back on track ✅ "

Actress Rhea Chakraborty was also found busy in following weights-free workout at home.

She shared a video saying, "Workout inspo for you’ll ! Trying my best to keep moving and stay fit in these times ! Follow this space for more everyday."

Even at 63, actor Anil Kapoor was found obsessed in keeping himself fit by cycling.

"Let’s keep moving ( indoors )! There’s no escaping my workout when my trainer @marcyogimead is staying with me!" the veteran Bollywood star said in a video.

Actress Sushmita Sen was, however, found practicising yoga with her beau Rohman Shawl in a video where she said, "All grown up & yet nothing beats the comfort of the fetus pose!! Nothing calms the mind faster than going back to the source!!👍😇❤️💃🏻 besides, @rohmanshawl attempting this with me is #adorable 💋😄😍we wish you calm & all the love in the world!! #yourturn 😉👊❤️ I love you guys!!!"

Neither gym nor yoga, Sen's contemporary Shilpa Shetty Kundra is more interested in "Surya Namaskaras" to stay fit while remaining indoors.

In a long post, Shilpa said, "Being indoors for days on end can lead to the body stiffening up. One of the best ways to give your body the much-needed flexibility and toning, is through a few rounds of Surya Namaskaras . It’s a complete workout. To make it even more beneficial, I added a few variations. You can try it out too (if your body has no injuries and permits). It helps increase shoulder-&-core strength while improving back flexibility, stamina, and endurance.

This one’s also a high calorie-burning variation, so performing about 8 to 16 repetitions every alternate day will also help reduce fat and increase metabolism too. Today, I’m grateful for the ability to share whatever knowledge I have with millions of people around the globe. Please do take care of your health and your families too. Stay indoors, stay safe."
