Mumbai: Production company Yash Raj Films on Tuesday released the much anticipated trailer of upcoming Hindi film War which stars Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in the lead roles.

In the trailer, the two action heroes are seen having a massive showdown. Hrithik and Tiger are seen pushing their bodies to pull off jaw-dropping, death-defying stunts in a bid to beat each other.

War has been shot in 7 different countries and 15 world cities. Four action directors from across the world were roped in for the film.

The action design team consists Paul Jennings (The Dark Knight, San Andreas, Jack Reacher and Game of Thrones), Franz Spilhaus (Safe House, Eye in the Sky, Death Race), Sea Young Oh (Age of Ultron, Snowpiercer) and Parvez Shaikh (Tiger Zinda Hai, Kesari, Mary Kom) – all specialists in creating unique, breath-taking, incredible action stunts.

The Siddharth Anand directorial film also stars actress Vaani Kapoor in the lead role.

Praising her new co-stars Hrithik and Tiger, Vaani had earlier said, "They both are amazing and super nice human beings to work with. They come as normal human beings on set. As an audience, I am also looking forward to see them together onscreen."

Produced by Yash Raj Films, the film is set to release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on the big national holiday of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2.
