Abhay Deol to make digital debut with Chopsticks

Mumbai, May 22 (IBNS): Actor Abhay Deol will be making his debut in the digital platform with film Chopstick, which will be streaming on Netflix.

Apart from Deol, Sachin Yardi directorial Chopstick will feature Mithila Palkar and Vijay Raaz.

The film will start streaming from May 31.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Abhay Deol makes his digital debut... #Chopsticks, a quirky story starring Abhay Deol, Mithila Palkar and Vijay Raaz, to stream on Netflix from 31 May 2019... Directed by Sachin Yardi... Produced by Ashvini Yardi... #Chopsticks is Netflix's first Indian original film."

Deol, a popular face in the Hindi film industry, was last seen in Zero. He had acted in films like Dev D, Aisha, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Raanjhanaa and Happy Bhag Jayegi.

Palkar, who began her Bollywood career with Katti Batti, was last seen in Karwaan.

She had acted in Netflix's Little Things.
