Anupam Kher's ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ runs into fresh trouble as Bihar lawyer files case in court

Patna, Jan  4 (The Bihar Post/IBNS):The soon-to-be-released Bollywood movie “The Accidental Prime Minister” directed by Vijay Gutte has run into trouble after a lawyer filing a case against it in the local court over its malicious contents.

The case was filed in the local Muzaffarpur court on Wednesday by lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha, the man who has dragged hundreds of dignitaries to the court for various reasons.

In the case filed in the court of chief judicial magistrate, the entire lot of actors, from Anum Kher who plays the role of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to others who played the role of Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gadnhiand Priyanka Gandhi have been made been made accused in the case.

“I felt hurt upon viewing the promos of the movie, set for release on January 11, on TV channels and YouTube,” the complainant told the media on Thursday.

The court has admitted the case and fixed January 8 to hear the case.

The Accidental Prime Minister is an upcoming 2019 Indian biographical film directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte and written by Mayank Tewari, based on the 2014 memoir of the same name by Sanjaya Baru.
