Islamabad, Dec 12 (IBNS): Makers of Pakistani actor Fawad Khan's The Legend of Maula Jatt will release the movie during Eid next year.

If Pakistani media is to be believed, then the movie will also release in China.

It will be the first Pakistani movie to release in China.

"While that’s huge news,The Legend of Maula Jatt will also be the first film from the subcontinent to get the same date release in China with its domestic release in Pakistan," reported The Express Tribune.

It will release in China at a time when several Indian movies have released in the country.

Bilal Lashari’s movie will hit the silverscreen in Pakistan at a time when Salman Khan's Bollywood movie Bharat is scheduled to release in India.

Indian film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: " Salman Khan versus Fawad Khan... Pakistan is all set to release its most ambitious film #MaulaJatt on #Eid2019 *in their country* and Overseas... Salman’s #Bharat is also confirmed for #Eid2019, so it will be Khan vs Khan at Pakistan BO... #TheLegendOfMaulaJatt."
