SRINAGAR, JULY 13 (UNI)- two militants identified as Umer and Zahid Yusuf Pala arrested by security personnel within four hours after lobbing two hand grenades which did not exploded on Srinagar-Jammu national highway in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.
