Bikram Singh visits Headquarters Eastern Command
New Delhi, May 7 (IBNS): The Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Bikram Singh visited Headquarters Eastern Command on Wednesday. Lt General MMS Rai, Army Commander, Eastern Command briefed the COAS on the operational preparedness, security situation and the progress of infrastructure development in the Eastern Theatre.
