Victoria, Jan 25 (IBNS): In a unique incident, a pizza delivery boy has been fired from his job after he was caught eating toppings from the pizzas, which were to be delivered to the customers, media reports said.

In a CCTV footage, the delivery boy was caught stealing and eating toppings from pizzas.

After entering the lift, the delivery boy was seen keeping his bag down and taking out the pizza box.

Inside the lift, he was seen taking out the toppings and eating them, fully captured in the camera.

A caretaker of a high-rise building in Surrey, B.C. detailed the entire story to CTV News.

He said: "I was like, ‘What the heck is going on?’” the concierge recalled. “The person is like cheating his job.”

"Who likes to eat used pizza, right?" he added.

Domino's Pizza told CTV News that they are embarrassed at the whole incident.

The company's vice president in marketing, Jeff Kacmarek said: "We apologize to our customers, obviously we don’t condone this behaviour."

"We have thousands of hard-working, good drivers, working for us every day and providing great service to our customers and it’s just unfortunate that this particular incident hurts them."

The delivery boy, who worked for Domino's Pizza, is a college student.
