Hanoi, Feb 26 (IBNS): North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Tuesday reached Vietnam for the second meeting with US President Donald Trump.

The second meeting between the two leaders will take place after the crucial first one which was held in Singapore last year in June.

"Mr Kim's green and yellow train pulled into Dong Dang station, and he has already begun the final leg of his journey to Hanoi by car," reported BBC.

The British media further reported that the ceremonial guards and flag-waving crowds lined a red carpet laid out for him at the station.

The meeting is scheduled to take place on Feb 27-28.

Meanwhile, Trump said he is expecting to participate in a 'very productive' meeting with Kim.

"Heading over to Vietnam for my meeting with Kim Jong Un. Looking forward to a very productive Summit!," he tweeted.
