New tape suggests Trump not aware of things going on inside White House

Washington, Aug 14 (IBNS): A new tape, recorded secretly, has suggested that the US President may not be aware of things going on inside the White House.

Released by former Donald Trump advisor Omarosa Manigault Newman, the tape carries a conversation between the latter and a male, presumed to be the US President.

In it, the male voice expresses surprise at Newman's axing from the White House.

He is heard saying "Whats going on?"

"General Kelly came to me and said that you guys wanted me to leave," she replies.

"No... Nobody even told me about it," the voice replies. "You know they run a big operation but I didn't know it. I didn't know that. Damn it. I don't love you leaving at all."

After it was made public by Newman, Trump in his usual style attacked his former aide via a series of tweets.

"Wacky Omarosa, who got fired 3 times on the Apprentice, now got fired for the last time. She never made it, never will. She begged me for a job, tears in her eyes, I said Ok. People in the White House hated her. She was vicious, but not smart. I would rarely see her but heard....," part of his tweet read.

"...really bad things. Nasty to people & would constantly miss meetings & work. When Gen. Kelly came on board he told me she was a loser & nothing but problems. I told him to try working it out, if possible, because she only said GREAT things about me - until she got fired!"

Meanwhile, Donald Trump's lawyer, Rudi Giuliani, has said that Newman may have flouted certain laws by deciding to record the President's conversation secretly.

Newman in her book also termed Trump as a racist man, accusing him of using the N-word.

The N-word or nigger, is a racial slur directed at Black people.

Defending himself, the US President said that that word does not exist in his vocabulary.

".@MarkBurnettTV called to say that there are NO TAPES of the Apprentice where I used such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by Wacky and Deranged Omarosa. I don’t have that word in my vocabulary, and never have. She made it up. Look at her MANY recent quotes saying....," Trump tweeted.

"....such wonderful and powerful things about me - a true Champion of Civil Rights - until she got fired. Omarosa had Zero credibility with the Media (they didn’t want interviews) when she worked in the White House. Now that she says bad about me, they will talk to her. Fake News!"

Contrary to her view about Trump a year ago, Newman finds the US President offensive now.
