Consul Gen of India Toronto office to observe 73rd Indian Republic Day

Toronto/IBNS: The Consulate General of India, Toronto office will be virtually celebrating the 73rd  Republic Day of India at 10 am on Jan 26 at its premises.

The Consul General of India, Toronto, Apoorva Srivastava, has invited all the Indian diaspora in India as well as abroad to virtually attend the Flag Hoisting ceremony on Wednesday between 10 am and 10:30 am on social media handles.

The two social media handles where the Indian diaspora have been invited to are facebook.com/cgindiatoronto and Twitter/@IndiainToronto.

Republic Day marks the day (Jan 26, 1950) on which the Constitution of India came into effect.
