Edmonton, Sept 17 (IBNS): North Battleford, Saskatchewan, RCMP have issued an Amber Alert for six-year old Emma O'Keefe, who is believed to have been stolen along with the car in which the child was present, media reports said.

The girl is described as having brown, chin-length hair and three feet six inches tall.

She was last seen wearing a navy-blue long-sleeve T-shirt, black jeans, pink shocks, diaper and no shoes.

Police said O'Keefe, who has epilepsy and autism, is non-verbal and unable to walk.

Police said they believe the car was stolen with the child inside.

In a message for the person who had stolen the car, RCMP Cpl. Rob King said: "Bring her back. Quite simply. Bring her to the nearest detachment…. Contact 911 yourself. Do whatever you can to get her back."

No description of the person, who has taken the child, is present now.

Police said they are expanding the search operation to Manitoba and Alberta.
