8 injured in buried bomb blast in Myanmar's western state
Yangon, Feb 27 (Xinhua) Eight people have been injured after a buried bomb exploded in Kyaukphyu township of Myanmar's Rakhine state, local police said Wednesday.
The blast took place in the compound of the Office of the General Administration Department of Kyaukphyu township on Tuesday.
Investigation found that an unexploded bomb, buried in the soil, exploded after the staff set fire to the bushes and garbage at the back of the office.
