Tashkent, Apr 26 (IBNS): The number of tourism organizations in Uzbekistan increased by 111 in the first quarter this year, according to media reports.

This was reported at a press conference on “Uzbekistan – new opportunities for tourism business”, organized at the National Press Center of Uzbekistan, in Tashkent.

About 1.4 million tourists visited Uzbekistan in the first quarter of this year. This is 972.3 thousand people more compared to the same period last year.
