With 300 plus score against West Indies, India break new record

Port of Spain, June 26 (IBNS) India touched another milestone during their second ODI match against West Indies in the ingoing series as they posted 310 runs for the loss of five wickets.

With the score, India scored more than 300 runs for the 96th time in the history of the ODI game, creating a new record.

India broke the record which was set by Australia with its 95 times 300 plus scores.

India defeated West Indies by 105 runs in the match.

Apart from West Indies batsman

Shai Hope (81) none of the hosts batsmen could manage to score big in this much needed clash against India.

In the rail-hit match, West Indies scored 205 runs for the loss of six wickets in 43 overs.

Ajinkya Rahane of India scored 103 runs.
