Windies win toss, elect to bat first against India

Jamaica, July 6 (IBNS): In the final clash of a five matches ODI series, Windies captain Jason Holder won the toss and elected to bat first against India on Thursday.

Both the teams are playing with unchanged squads from the last match.

So far, out of four matches in the series, India is leading by 2-1. One match was washed off due to rain.

In the fourth ODI match, Windies managed to seal a victory against India despite their low total on the score board.

Questions were raised against former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni's slow innings by the different parts of the cricketing world after the defeat of the Indian team in the last match. Dhoni scored his 50 consuming more than 100 balls, which is the slowest since Sourav Ganguly's 51 back in 2005.
